Holiday Bag Packing 2025
When seniors are discharged from the hospital, the journey home can feel overwhelming. Our Hospital Release Bags Program offers two levels of support to help with both practical needs and emotional well-being during recovery.
Bag Packing
We will pack the 100 bags on Wednesday and deliver them along with the 50 extra brochures to the executive Director and/or director of nursing and/or social worker at 20 of the Eastside nursing homes this Wednesday Thursday and Friday. The bags will be given to seniors that are discharging from local rehab facilities next week.
