Nicole Gammiere is the Central Intake Director with Heritage Healthcare & Retirement Communities, specializing in admissions and placement services for skilled nursing, long-term care, dialysis, and memory care patients across multiple communities.

With over 12 years of experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, and relationship building, Nicole is passionate about helping patients and families navigate transitions while creating strong partnerships throughout the healthcare community.

Since becoming an Honorary Board Member of the Cleveland Senior Network in 2025, she has continued to focus on collaboration, advocacy, and strengthening connections within the senior care industry.

Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mom in a blended family of five children and three dogs. She enjoys traveling anywhere there’s sunshine and spending quality time with family, making memories and embracing every adventure along the way.
