 How we all embrace the holidays as a matter of so many variables. Our family experiences traditions from the past, the emotions tied to those experiences, anticipation, anxiety, and sometimes overwhelm about all of the tasks involved. What is advertised as the best time of the year may not be. This panel will provide some insight and tips for both professional and family caregivers to help them cope over the holidays.
