When a senior leaves the hospital, the journey home can be both emotional and challenging. Our Hospital Release Bags Program provides two kinds of support — Essentials Bags for basic needs and Activity & Comfort Bags for mental and emotional well-being.

We’re looking for volunteers with a caring heart to help us assemble these bags and get them ready for delivery.
